Cable & Control Line Protectors
Terra Cable Protectors are used to secure any size of ESP cables, control lines, umbilical and encapsulated bundles on a range of API tubing sizes. The galvanised Terra Cable Protector is engineered to secure cables by using positive contact points. The protectors have a smooth profile which allows for quick and easy installation by using manual or hydraulic tools. Customised configurations with low carbon steel or alternative materials are available upon request. Features
All Terra Cable Protectors are galvanised to resist corrosion.
All hinges are spot welded to enhance the overall strength of the hinge.
Multi Spring friction pad gripping system is designed to obtain an optimum holding force . This holding force will prevent slippage and rotation.
The non-destructive gripping feature prevents flattening or deformation of the cable.
Suitable for API tubing sizes from 2-3/8” to 7” O.D. in high angle well bores.
Designed for flat, round or square cables, chemical injection lines, umbilicals etc.
Special-Channel design is available for multiple lined application.
Available in low carbon or stainless steel for sour services.
